Shipping and Returns
As soon as your payment has been transferred, the bracelet or necklace will be made specially for you in the specified size . We strive to have your order delivered at your adress within 2 days after the payment. Shipments abroad will require some extra time.
Shipments will be send under a track and trace code. In the Netherlands these are provided bij post-NL. Global orders will be provided bij renowned carriers (UPC,TNT,DHL,...).
You can always make a suggestion if you please.
If on receipt the delivered article does not match your order, (e.g. damaged, or wrong size), please contact us by email within 48 hours. If after consultation your complaint is justified , we will proceed to exchange or refund the product (in this case, the cost of return postage is ours).
The article can only be returned if it is undamaged and not worn. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is suspected that the products are used or damaged by the customer. We ask you to return the article in the same way as we do, protected against damaging and under track and trace code. After consulting you may return the items to:
